about seven years ago when ocean tomo was first getting started...they started out as a fund that was looking to invest in companies who held patents.....i placed a cold call to them to talk about idc.... i spoke to the main guy for 45 minutes telling him about interdigital....at the end of the conversation....he asked me....so how do i go about investing in interdigital....at that point i realized that he thought we were talking about a private company...which is what they were trying to buy at the time....i believe that this was the first time anybody at ocean tomo had heard about interdigital....and im sure its been on their radar ever since then
