I have felt for a long time now that most companies want you to pay with debit or credit cards so that you will probably not notice the extra charges they put on the bill. I am sorry but I do not trust any company to do the right thing. Kind of like Dish thanking me for being a loyal customer whill raising my rates regularly. I was with DirectTV for amny years and changed to Dish for the same reason. I guess you should just change back and forth every two years to get the "super low" rates.

...btw, my local power company has started charging a $5.00 per month fee if I pay my power bill over the net. The next bill I get is going to be delivered to em via snail mail and will have a $5.00"inconvenience fee" deducted from it.
