What about the charge for touch tone service? My phone is set up for dial pulse because there is no charge for it and they have to convert it to TT to make it work.

...if they start tzxing by the mile, folks will either drive less or lie about it. When I am King I will take a page out of AT&T's playbook. They was charging somethin every month for long distance service whether you used it or not. They say that the service was available and just cause you didn't use it is not excuse for not paying for it. As King, we will have all the roads measured and tax people based on the number of miles they could have driven. A slightly lower rate will be available for folks who ride bicycles or walk everywhere.
