NATO steps up attack on Tripoli with daytime raids
More heavy blasts hit Tripoli Tuesday afternoon as NATO forces steadily increased bombardments on the capital as Muammar Gaddafi steadfastly refused to step down. His regime described the daytime offensive as terrifying for locals.
