In the near future the President will issue a new executive order. Any company operating within the borders of the United States with at least 20 employees will have to hire one new employee for every 20 employees on the payroll. Those employees must live and work within these United States. The penality for not doing so will be an added tax of $50,000 for each employee not hired.
There! Problem solved! BTW, all new employees will be required to vote for the re-election of Mr. Obama or they will be fired.
