not once....anywhere during this process....has somebody made an attempt to offer what apple has paid idcc....the apple contract was introduced as evidence in both the nokia and samsung itc cases....it would have been a layup for either party to ask idc for similar terms....samsung paid idc 400myn knowing both the terms of apple license and the staff attorneys argument against idc..... WAS SAMSUNG MENTALLY INSANE!!!!!
