fault of GOVERNMENT failing their regulatory responisbilities?

How about 'conspiring' with turds like mccain to
enable thieves and crooks to pillage and plunder?
If I remember, it was called 'de-regulation' . . .
And there are some things that need to be regulated.
California tried to de-regulate their electricity -
with disastrous results. (Virginia tinkered with
it and decided it wasn't such a bright idea after all.)
