U.S. Rep. John B. Larson, D-1st District, blasted Republican lawmakers Tuesday for delaying the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform bill, which would implement provisions reducing oil speculation.

Unregulated speculation adds more than $20 to the price of a barrel of gas, said Larson, citing a recent Goldman Sachs report. Republicans in the House of Representatives voted last week to delay bill until next year.
