Japan orders nuclear plant shutdown over quake fears
Japan's Prime Minister Naoto Kan (file photo) demanded a power company to shut down three nuclear reactors at a coastal plant on Friday following concerns it was not adequately prepared to withstand large-magnitude earthquakes.
