...if your car is stolen and is involved in an accident before you report it, you can be held responsible for it. That's cause so many folks was having wrecks, leaving the scene and calling the cops to report their car stolen.

ribit, if they drive my car with my permission and have a wreck, then my insurance covers them. But if they go get drunk and then continue to drive the responcibility becomes theirs unless I know they are drinking.
