My son in law does this for the university and in fact, is the person responsible and in charge for the university's web site.
This is called a web site. I don't know how much expense is involved in monthly operations to have this but I suspect it runs off a server which is connected to some type of broadband, probably very high speed cable I would imagine.
I don't have any room for this equipment at my home.
You would have to ask Bob what he wants to sell it for and how much does it cost to operate on a monthly basis.
It also would not be a bad idea to have a minimal YEARLY donation rate of perhaps Ten BUCKS for membership privileges to help cover maintenance expenses, electric, broadband, etc....
