What part of my 82 year old mother needing a n operation and having to get approval some PANEL selected by Obama and deciding, "NO< she is too old and isn't going to be useful to the state anymore when we can spend money better on younger people" don't you get?

THE RYAN proposed cuts and changes WILL NOT AFFECT YOU!!!!!! IF you are over 55 years of age you are not affected at all and those under 55 will not be ravaged. A change in how money is spent and ditributed is what the nuts and bolts is.
