OK, perhaps 'blackmail' would be a better description, but what would you call someone threatening to hold up critical funds which might mean the difference between life and death for some disaster victim so that that person can justify their goal to defund the government in the hope that the recession will be deep enough to assure that Obama does not get reelected? Trust me, Cantor does give a crap about the deficit, he is ONLY interested in destroying Obama and if that means taking the middle-class, and any recent victims of a natural disaster, down with him, so be it. From his point of view, that would be a small price for America to pay to assure that the rich are allowed to keep their tax cuts.
