Couldn't have gotten that shot just a few years back! I wonder how many years to gain even a foot to Lake Mead? Southern Lakes seem to have a hard tome recovering!

Here are a couple of images from my recent visit to Hoover Dam:

This was taken from about mid-span of the new bridge. I used a super-wideangle 10mm lens on my Sony A100 DSLR.

This shows the water level behind the dam. Note that the white area (below the beige area) on the far Right is the spillway, where the water nearly was when we first visited Hoover Dam back in the early 80's. Note that this was shot using the 10mm lens. It's also a pretty good shot of the new bridge as well.
