Hey, good, we've watched the building of that bridge a bit, there was a documentary earlier as they set the foundations for the columns.. Lightning storms forced them to close up early afternoons quite a bit until they got up a ways...

Takes a lot to show any rise in Lake Mead...

Weco,

I was at Hoover Dam a couple of weeks ago to see the finished bridge (got to walk across it which makes for a great place to get pictures of Hoover Dam itself). While I was there I noted that Lake Mead was still about where it was 18 months ago, that last time I visited, and considering that it's spring time, you'd think it would be about as high as it was going to get. I would say that it was at least 30 feet below the spillways. When I get home tonight I'll post some photos.
