Decomp,
I would fight tooth and nail to preserve the right for private entities to discriminate. It's one of those "I might not like what you say, but I'd fight to protect your right to say it" sort of things. After all, every human discriminates. It is a fundamental part of being a free human being. We have freedom of thought.
"Private entity" means any entity that is not a unit of government, including but not limited to a corporation, partnership, company, nonprofit organization or other legal entity or a natural person.
Having "freedom of thought" is a FAR stretch to comparing that with "discrimination".
Besides, many "private entities" do business with the "government" = taxpayers money, thus are legally bound NOT to discriminate.
Decomp, "discrimination" is different from making a rational decision about a person. clo
