Back when Dubya was President, didn't the GOP threaten to do away with the filibuster if the Dem's even considered holding-up any of Bush's judicial nominees?

Senate Republicans staged the first successful filibuster of a judicial nominee since 2005 on Thursday, dealing a blow to the Obama administration on the long-stalled nomination of Goodwin Liu to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The procedural vote failed 52-43, falling short of the 60 votes necessary to open debate.
