Good Morning Clo!

In all honesty I think Atom Bob is concerned about his own liability and that of ABGT.

Not to worry.

I got hit with a lawsuit one day for singing "Piano Man" while going through the Midtown Tunnel.
Next time I closed the window and hummed instead.

Happy Monday morning to you keystone!

I think this is great news:
When you have no commercial purpose, and you are merely exchanging research, opinion, or criticism you inevitably fall into the 'fair use' exception to copyright law.

Quite obviously the user of the internet without a commercial purpose, or intent to deny value to the
copyright holder, is adequately protected.

Hope this eases Bob's & posters concerns.
I think most of us fall into that catagory.
Thanks for your legal speak, never too old to share valuable info! ;)) clo
