IMF immunity unlikely to protect Strauss-Kahn

Dominique Strauss-Kahn is unlikely to benefit from the IMF's diplomatic immunity as he is believed to have been in New York on personal business. Under the IMF's articles of agreement, staff are granted limited immunity when working for the fund.
