Here's a thought...

Since blackmail is a felony and since corporations want to have all the Constitutional rights of a person, why aren't we arresting the 5 oil executives and perp-walking them off to jail? If some Joe-6-pack stood up at some public gathering and threatened to blackmail the people in attendance, you can bet that he would soon be visited by the police, if he was even able to make it out of the room without being confronted by the authorities.
