Fizzy:

The current issue of AARP Bulletan (magazine) has "How Bad Off Is Your State?" as its featured article. It has a graph of "Projected deficits as a percentage of budget for fiscal 2012".The worst are Nevada(45%), New Jersey(37%), Texas(31%), and California(29%).
