Why? Well, isn't it pretty obvious? It's because the Obama Administration is populated by two-year-olds who have no regard for the truth and who desperately want to tailor and present their story du jour in such a way as to make it most palatable to whomever their audience is from minute to minute - no matter how many different versions of the same story need to be concocted in order to pull off this monumental task of prevarication.
