The name os the courier was made known 4 years AFTER KSM had been waterboarded, and waterboarding stopped. KSM said he did not know him, and so did another guy at guantanamo. that made the CIA suspicious that such a prominent right hand of Bin Farten was unknown to those two, so they figured the name they had from others at guantanamo was VALID.

The rest is history.

Cheney and the other chickensheiits had no hand in this. It was all Obama's!
