I said this Friday: "IF the dollar is going to rebound it needs to do it soon. But what would make a green frog's leg jump when the frog, itself, is dead?" in msg 32730.

Gosh, what a COINCIDENCE!! Obama announces Bin Laden is taken out just on the cusp of the dollar breaking down through all historical support -- perhaps precipitously!! I'll be damned if that dead frog's leg isn't jumping to beat the band -- almost as if on cue!

Some of these things we've discussed before but, in any case, I appreciate your timely and thoughtful response. I'm going to exit that silver ETF today if I can get out at current prices. I will try to switch to a gold fund rather than hold dollars.

I'm glad to hear you're happy with your wind turbine or otherwise feel it will work well for you. I wish I had a consistent wind for my own property. Buying an energy stream is clearly ONE of the critical steps to security in the years ahead. You don't want to be dependent on oil when the dollar dumps 50% down.
