Maybe so- I think it's a positive, mid-range objective to check off. Call me crazy, but I believe we have competent people dealing with these things on a tactical level. On the face of it, I'm more concerned that it will be viewed as a 'mission accomplished' feat that will support a movement to turn the heat down.
