...crack coccaine was destroying the black community. Black leaders demanded that something be done. They stated that if a drug were causing that much desstruction in the white community the penalties for selling it would be stiffer, so at the insistence of black leaders, the penalties were increased. I guess they just wanted longer suspended sentences and weren't really serious about saving the community.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
