dg, Really, too much wind? Are you referring to the cutoff wind turbine cutoff when the wind's too strong? Or, the grid not being updated to handle all the generated electric, as you mentioned?
Linda, that is the standard size here. We have between three and five thousand of the "big" ones and may soon have more. The problem now is the lack of power lines to carry that electricity out of the area. But then today many of them were shut down. We had too much wind.
