You know what the kicker is..
the husband of mistress (both worked for Ensign) is now indicted because Ensign steered him to some Lobbyists to get work, after Ensign fired them & something went wrong.
So Ensign will walk off into the sunset with his pension & the other guy lost his job, home & may face time in prison...
And... even if the congress folks are found guilty while serving, & serve prison time they still get their pension.
