Actually, that is incorrect. It's more of a fake Christian bashing. As Ghandi said:

"I like your Christ, I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ."

It's the way they use Christ for financial gain and manipulation that I disdain and abhor.

Apparently you are in Jesus bashing mode here and elsewhere lately. Not really sure why.

There are about 1.8 billion people in the world that call themselves Christians. They are not monolithic strawmen.

Actually I don't think any two of them have completely identical views of God, Christ, or the nature of man. I wouldn't paint them with the same brush.

Anyway, I didn't quite get your point.

I only posted here because I expect this would be deleted elsewhere.
