Rep. Paul Ryan got an earful in Wisconsin over the weekend as well when he was challenged on both Medicare and the new tax cuts for millionaires he included in his 'budget' proposal.
Constituents of U.S. Rep. Lou Barletta, R.- 11th Dirstirct, clash at town hall in Carbon County, Pa. over proposed changes in Medicare and other federal spending issues.
