On today's "2011 China Mobile Communications Industry Forum", Liu Lihua, the vice minister of MIIT said that as at the end of March 2011, China's 3G users has reached 61.9 million, of which TD users reached 26.99 million.

Liu Lihua said that in the period of "Eleventh Five-Year", China's communications industry maintained steady and rapid development, of which mobile communication is especially noteworthy. He disclosed that as of the end of March 2011, the national telephone subscribers has reached 1.18 billion, of which the mobile users occupied 75.2%.
