Just figured an ounce of prevention might be worth a ton of cure. Maybe those millions of Americans who are "earning" 99 weeks of unemploymwnt benefits could all volunteer to carry a bucket of water to Texas. Or our $600 billion per year military that hasn't won a war in decades could pitch in with some equipment.

I guess paying Texas ten times as much for reconstruction, and eating higher food prices for a year or two is best. I think Goldman Sachs is long on beef, cotton, and wheat so all is well with Obama.
