I don't normally subscribe to the Democrat's incessant bashing of business, but here is a case where businesses relying on illegals for cheap labor should be shown the wrath of an angry nation.
It is taxpayers who make up the gap between very low wages and living necessities, health care, and education for these illegals.
I am sick and tired of subsidizing these businesses and favor a three-pronged solution to the illegal invasion.
1) Absolute protection of the southern border. That means the fence and locked and loaded border guards all the way across.
2) Deportation. Massive deportation. And, it must be made clear than anyone caught as an illegal will be imprisoned if he or she comes back again.
3) Very heavy fines for businesses caught employing illegals.
And no amnesty, ever, for those already here. If they want permanent residence and citizenship, they must go back and apply under legal procedures.
