No argument at all.
The trouble arises when we apply MAN'S reasoning against God's expressed WORD instead of accepting what the scripture simply says about things.
I disagree with that ANYONE is clearly born that way.
That being said, the Bible is also very clear that GOD HATES the sin, but loves the sinner so much that HE sacrificed HIS ONLY begotten SON tha WHOSOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3: 16)
ALL have an opportunity to repent (change their minds) and accept GOD'S plan of redemption which is through Christ.
Peter states in 2 Peter 3: 9 the following:
"The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish , but that all should come to repentance.
So, by this, we read and know that God does not want nor desire ANYONE to Perish (eternal damnation and separation from HIM) and has provided a WAY for ALL men, women, boys and girls everywhere to assure themselves of eternal life with HIM in Heaven's glory.
People stay in sin because they choose to. It is as simple as that. I have shared Christ with too many over the decades in the slum areas of Cincinnati and seen them change. Same in the suburbs.
Salvation from GOD is for everyone who would come to HIM by his way, through HIS SON Jesus Christ.
Jesus said " I AM THE WAY, the TRUTH, and THE LIFE, no man comes to the FATHER BUT BY ME."
SO it is GOD's WAY, or NO WAY.
He's the creator so I choose to go HIS WAY.
