THat sounds almost like an investment that has a good return even after being used for ten years.

That's an awesome transaction !

Great return there !

I am kinda just sticking with my old but successful financial investments which are fairly steadily just climbing. I have made over half am million on the one
over 20 years and the other twin is not as old but growing at 25% per annum.

Obviously I am beyond retirement. SO now we just watch these investments continue to grow while we live off other income I generate and social security.

I do have that fear of deep water and heights which limits things I would actually do as opposed to what I would LIKE to do..
An Alaskan cruise is something my better half wants to take and maybe some of her sisters will come along.

It will be challenging for me even on a ship because of this innate fear of heights and deep water.

Glad you are no afflicted with that or with my fear of heights. Neither gets better with age either.

Congrats to you and yours for enjoying yhour lives and doing what you love.. That is as good as life gets here on earth.

My very best wishes to you both!

micro..

On the used market Nordhavn’s usually sell for more then their original cost new. Even after 20 years.
Ours was a 1999 model. When we bought it it was 15 years old. Ours was the lowest priced Nordhavn on the market when we bought it. After ten years of ownership we sold it for 40% more than what we paid for it.
