THIS IS INSANE.
A man who STABBED his landlord to death was declared â€œnot guilty by reason of insanityâ€â€¦ then Virginia authorities gave him a 48-hour free pass from a mental hospital.
A JUDGE said no.
Steve Descano and Virginia officials said YES anyway.
They even helped him get a passport.
Result?
He walked outâ€¦ went straight to Dullesâ€¦ and FLED THE COUNTRY to Tajikistan.
A violent, committed killer is now gone â€” and the people who let it happen still have their jobs.
This isnâ€™t a mistake.
This is a complete betrayal of public safety.
Who is going to answer for this?!
