I suspect that the indictment of James Comey is not going to go too far, not when the judge realizes that the DOJ has not indicted MAGA influencer Jack Posobiec for stating, while Biden was in office, to "86 46". In fact, one could argue that Posobiec could be held liable for starting this whole '86' stuff, which might have inspired whoever it was that arranged those seashells which Comey saw on the beach:
