Never know, Zim ... that might be exactly what he does ... and take everything with him to Florida. That's what he did when he moved Citadel's headquarters out of Chicago to Miami. And, the problem for NYC is:
* Griffin could scrap a planned $6 BILLION investment in redeveloping 350 Park Avenue that would create 6,000 construction jobs and support the creation of 15,000 more permanent jobs in mid-town NYC.
* Removal of Citadel principals and team members who have paid nearly $2.3 BILLION in NYC & NY State taxes over the past 5 years.
* Redirection of Griffin's charitable donations that have amounted to $650 MILLION.
THAT is a lot to lose for the city just to give a petulant little child like Mamdani the opportunity to play a spoiled brat on a video where he threatens to confiscate the hard-earned wealth of certain people he doesn't like.
Mamdani is an infantile buffoon.
Hmmm ... I wonder if NY Gov. Hochul is desperately trying to get a meeting with Griffin, right now, so she can get down on her knees - complete with kneepads, some cigars, and an open, willing mouth - to beg him to stay, eh?
