No Sir.
I tried to use turbo tax - And their shllt sux.
Let me see . . I think it was year before last they made me buy a new computer because my windows 10 32 bit 'wasn't good enough'. Then last year they made me create an 'intuit account' . . . And this year either the intuit account no longer existed or my microsnot e-mail account didn't work (or both).

My policy has always been "Install turbo tax, let it update things, take it off the internet, do my taxes, save as pdf, then slick the drive and restore it to before the turbo tax install".

This year . . . apparently I was supposed to create another intuit account . . . Give them my phone number . . . and I have the distinct impression that they are going to insist that they get my tax return. And I am NOT going to give the lying thieving monkey sucking harlots my personal information.

So I went and bought H&R block software. Installed just fine. It enabled me to install the State return BEFORE I even started to put my data in. Software installed and updated. Shut down the internet. (New computer has WiFi - meaning if it and my WiFi are both up it has the capacity to steal any data on it.) And I got my taxes done.

Now I gotta go over it again. Print out the relevant pages and write checks then mail it.

Zim.

Yep ... the 2025 filing threshold for single filers under age 65 is a gross income of $15,750 and above. So, if the only income she has for 2025 is $12,500 of SS disability benefits, then she doesn't even have to file.

Oh, and Zim ... you wanna grab that federal tax book of yours, come over here, and help me get some last minute returns out the door?!
