where did the asteroid come from? How did it come to being? Not to mention all the different solar systems and galaxies which are also organized.

Happenstance? That would really require one heck of a stretch of imagination.. Far beyond mortal comprehension.. We have ZERO evidence but plenty of speculation rather than just accept the things we can see here and wonder who did THEY get here and why earth isn;t just one large water ball instead of having all the forms of life on it and a dominat human species with the capability of advanced thinking, speech, etc.....

Iffen you guys want to speculate you are an accident that happened its your right and privilege. I am created after God's image.. HIS likeness. As are everyone who is actually a human being.. We LOOK LIKE HIM.

Too many books and accounts of people who have near death experiences and seen Heaven and Christ, GOD the SON.

I am reading yet another excellent book on that now with witnesses from all over the world who had that experience. They all say the same things and no contradictions. Its incredible. I can't wait to see it and be there.. The MUSIC is continual all the time..

Anyway, you guys can revert back to animals and I'll just go enjoy heaven and be with the rest of God's people..

Hey De,
I try to avoid face book. And thanks for that very short treatise on the subject.

>>> Abiogenesis covers the origin of life from non-life. >>>

Yeah, I should have known there would be a word for that particular 'event'. And I doubt that it would have been a single event - more like multiple events. Some of which were wiped out via a weather change, or an asteroidal impact event, or any of many other reasons. Could have even been a similar conjunction of events happening in multiple locations within the same 'decade'.

I also suspect that there would have been multiple steps between 'non-life' and that final step to 'life'.
Perhaps . . .
A long chain molecule developed in a tidal pool.
A chunk broke off and washed out to sea,
To find itself washed back in to a new nursery.

Some days I feel poetic.
Zim.

P.S. It's late or I'd seriously consider opining on Big Bang and other things. (Or would you rather I didn't?)
