Russia is on the ropes. They found themselves unable to help maduro in Venezuala. They found themselves unable to help cuba. Think Russia is going to start throwing nukes around over iran? I don't think so. Russia knows American and Israeli anti-missile tech is now proven. Destroy the world and Russia with it? Or try and make a deal with Trump.
China? If China has half a brain they'll let Trump do what he wants - because it is very likely that Trump will re-open the Strait of Hormuz and China's 'oil fix' will resume flowing. And China, like Russia, is well aware that if the nukes start flying EVERYBODY on this planet will have a very bad day.
