The LORD GOD is in control of everything and created all things. He also created HELL for all tose people who do not acknowledge and trust HIM alone as GOD and LORD.

But GOD did not want anyone to be lonely so he made a large pit deep inside the earth called HELL and put LUCIFER in charge there. People who deny GOD and HIS SON Jesus Christ as LORD get to spend time forever with Satan and his demons in Hell forever..
Of course it is a place of sheer terror and horror and the burning never stops but you won't die. And the bites by scorpions ya cannot see due to utter darkness.
Congrats to the Supreme Leader. Now he's a nobody and being tortured 24/7 nonstop forever..
