he did the same thing da Cap'n did. He had a medical doctor with him who assisted him.

He was genuinely in intolerable pain. I asked him a few times to come here to Cincinnati where we have several top 100 hospitals and medical facilities. I would help him pay for the costs.

He simply said he could not tolerate the pain anymore.

I believe if he coulda got help with that problem he would still be with us.. It was sad. He was a good guy who had fallen on some hard times and severe medical problems that caused excruciating pain.. I really wish he had not done that and let me help him.. He said he did not want to be a burden.

wish he were still around...
