...can't imagine you not hitting it off with pretty much everyone. Yer a pretty decent sort for a non grits eating yankee, left coast Marine, Ohio State Fan.

My best friend here in Cincinnati suddenly died at home unexpectedly. Apparently his heart failed. He was only in his fifties. He owned a company in Cincinnati and he and I met about 18 years ago. We hit it off from the very first time we spoke and chatted. Two birds of a feather. He was a generous and kind person as well as his wife who helped those in need and thought of others less fortunate than themselves.

Totally unexpected. I am awaiting further info from the family as I will likely be speaking at his funeral.

I am hoping to be a tutor to his son who will be taking over his business and he is not very old (mid twenties).

This is a shock to all who knew him.. I am in contact with his wife trying to help her sort thru things.

So between this and my arthritic SI joint which is in need of a good removal of that arthritis and followed by an SI joint injection of cortisone with an extremely long needle, I am a little occupied.

Going for that hip checkup in a couple hours across town..
