Trevor Ault of ABC appears to be doing some major wishcasting.

Curtis Houck (@CurtisHouck) ~ ABC's Trevor Ault predicts more Minneapolis protesters will start bringing guns to their confrontations with CBP and ICE and possible use against the agents, claiming fear of their safety...

"I mean, anger is the absolutely main emotion that we are seeing, George. They feel like they have a right to continue pushing back and they feel like it has been working, but they're especially upset because they feel like ICE has been everywhere. When I got to town, my team who had already been here said don't rent a dark SUV. People will assume you are a federal agent b/c they're all over the place and people will not be happy. You, of course, also, have immigrant communities. They are very afraid. There are people who have not left their homes in weeks. And maybe, George, the most dominant emotion is dread. As long as the raids continue, the protests continue and another shooting could happen at any moment and especially after Alex Pretti shooting, more demonstrators could bring weapons under the belief they have to be prepared to defend themselves from federal agents who could shoot them. It is a very dangerous recipe. People are scared, but they're also resolute that they have to fight back."

L A R R Y (@LarryOConnor) ~ The tone. Check out the tone.

He's practically giddy.

Let's step back for a second and analyze Trevor Ault's words, shall we?

"Anger is absolutely the main emotion." Hmmm ... so, the anti-ICE protestors are driven by the unstable emotion of anger. Yeah, their being emotionally overwrought, unstable people tracks.

"They feel like they have a right to continue pushing back." Incorrect ... ICE never pushed them in the first place. ICE is only doing its duty to the American people by apprehending illegal aliens who have violated our valid, long-standing immigration laws. So, this is a one-sided, emotional outburst by anti-ICE protestors.

"They're especially upset because they feel like ICE has been everywhere." He's admitting that anti-ICE protestors are suffering intensely from raging, uncontrolled paranoia.

"When I got to town, my team ... said don't rent a dark SUV. People will assume you are a federal agent because they're all over the place and people will not be happy." Again, the scourge of raging, uncontrolled paranoia amongst the anti-ICE protestors translates into the mob of berzerkers fantasizing that they can dictate the kind of vehicle that everyone else can drive - OR ELSE they will somehow be provoked to violence simply based on the type of vehicle you are driving.

"There are people who have not left their homes in weeks." BWHA HA HA HA!!! Total, utter bullsh!t! There might be a relative handful of "people" who are laying low, BUT they are the ones who lawfully need to be apprehended by our law enforcement authorities.

"And maybe, George, the most dominant emotion is dread. As long as the raids continue, the protests continue and another shooting could happen at any moment and especially after Alex Pretti shooting, more demonstrators could bring weapons under the belief they have to be prepared to defend themselves from federal agents who could shoot them. It is a very dangerous recipe. People are scared, but they're also resolute that they have to fight back." Hate to burst your infantile fantasy, there, Trevor ... well actually, I don't ... but, these anti-ICE protestors are the ones who are initiating the confrontation with law enforcement officers. THEY are the ones committing a felony by intentionally interfering and obstructing the lawful operations of valid law enforcement. And then, they commit other felonies like resisting arrest and attempting to physically harm law enforcement officers. AND THEN, they commit yet another far more dangerous felony by carrying a loaded firearm while committing these other felonies. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

These "people" of whom you speak, Trevor, are truly infantile morons.

海涵 (@Free_Man1989) ~ The blood is on the hands on these liberal media folks who are obviously fanning the fire and suggesting to the protesters to bring their own weapons to the protests. Why didn't anyone bother to protest ICE rounding up and deporting illegals during the Clinton and Obama administrations? Why do they need to bring weapons to the "peaceful" protests? Why do they need to impede the legal operations of ICE agents and harass the agents in the first place?

Texas Tea (@TEXASTODD1621) ~ How would these people be in fear for their life? If they stayed home, ICE would not come to them. They are going TO ICE and involving themselves in a lawful arrest and deportation operation, which is THEIR JOB. By inserting themselves, they put themselves in harms way. Not justified.

They are begging for violence.

Bonchie (@bonchieredstate) ~ This is basically a pep talk from the mainstream press to the rioters - encouraging more violence.

Bonchie (@bonchieredstate) ~ The Press: "So, you see, ICE is everywhere, and it's your right to push back on them. And if you want to bring more guns to your riots, go ahead and do that, because you need to be resolute. No, I'm not encouraging more chaos and violence. Why do you ask?"

Drew Holden (@DrewHolden360) ~ ABC sure sounds like they’re pushing for conflict between protestors and federal agents here.

They are full on rah-rahing it now.

Derek Hunter (@derekahunter) ~ They need the blood - the public is getting bored otherwise.

It can only help their ratings.

John (@John_Faker) ~ An absolutely insane thing to say on national TV is ... "You cant rent a certain color SUV in Minnesota or else a mob of psycho communists will assault you." I refuse to give in to these idiots - they have no right to make people live like this.

It doesn't sound very much like they value freedom and free thought in Minnesota.

Anna Muirhead (@annamuirhead) ~ It's the same playbook they ran in 2020 in the run up to the George Floyd riots. The media just kept banging the drum until they got their ratings boost.

It's what they do any time Trump is in office.

Pure, unchecked Trump Derangement Syndrome.

jimtreacher.substack.com (@jtLOL) ~ Journos keep switching back and forth between two modes: openly stoking insurrection against the federal government, and bitching about January 6th.

Large Farva (@Large_Farva2) ~ I've said this before, but don't be surprised if one of them straps on an explosive vest and walks into a crowd of ICE or Border Patrol. I'm dead serious. These people are willing to die for their cause, which is the Hamas playbook.

mindnumbrobot (@mindnumbrobot1) ~ They ceased being "protesters" the moment the Signal chats showed a well-funded and organized insurgency, with the participation and support of elected officials. They're now enemy combatants.

Oh, they are insurgents. Of that, America can be sure.
