I can do maybe 3 sit ups total in about an hour..
At least somewhere between 1 and 3.

On a GOOD day.

I am going to see a recommended Ortho doc recommended by Cleveland Clinic locally early in February to hopefully get me some relief from the arthritis in my lower spinal column and discs as well as the SI joint.

Hopefully this one will actually have a working plan besides just another crummy injection that does not work.
It MUST be ground off internally.. On an outpatient basis according to Cleveland Clinic and Mayo Clinic.

I doubt they are both wrong. Short outpatient surgical procedure that removes the offending arthritis from the bone. At least for awhile...

That last guy I saw was a Physiatrist and did not know it. He wants to try every alternative other than just simply removing the arthritis with a small ball grinder. He's useless.

This is not the FIRST time this will be done so I have experience at it.. Non painful and fairly quick done while awake. Just get the area numbed up and lay still. Won't do me any good to go overseas if I can;t walk or am in chronic acute low back pain.

LOL - what's she shoveling, a quarter inch?

When I shovel heavy snow (as opposed to pushing it off the back deck or doing the steps), it's a full load. What works best is to stay bent over. When I lift and throw I don't stand. That's how you kill your back. Fortunately, I've still got strong abdominal muscles. When I was in high school, I was a sit-up champion (118 in 2-minutes) - but I hate to dwell on my glory days. I might be able to do half that now.
