You woulda been welcomed. I been meaning to test my 9 mm 15 round clip out since AI ain't fired it in awhile.
Actually, I don't think ya coulda handled the snow.
I have 15 inches laying in my yard and covering my driveway.
Fortunately my daughter brought my grandson and son in law with her with electric shovels and I provided the brooming and brushes to get the stuff off the cars with.
I also have 500 pounds of Ice melt. They used two bags of it..
At least I can now see the cars and the driveway and our walkways..
I have them $200.00 and told her to enjoy dinner on me tonight and maybe a couple others.
Then my granddaughter called. She was out in the snow at the university and lost her AIR Pods in the snow up there.
I told her calmly this is what GRANDPARENTS are for.
Spoiling grandchildren. SO I bought her a new Pair of Air pods and will get them Wednesday. Depending on what happens with weather here between now and then I may just drive them to her about an hour plus away.
Iffen ya has grandchildren ya already know how special they are to you.
And stuff happens. They don't have the money to just go spend on stuff. They got enough debt from college already. I may pay off their student loans. I'll see what my daughter and sonny boy do..
Anyway, I am trying to get physically ready to go on a two week tour of Turkey in First week of June and need to get the arthritis in my sacro-iliac joint ground out. I have an appointment with a very respected Orthopedic who does this kind of stuff so hopefully he will agree to do this. I have until February 5 to get things ready for that office visit and exam..
So I have stuff to do and people to see in person and am waiting for this winter weather event to get done..
I would not wish to be where De is at.. I am confident he is hunkered down in his house enjoying the view.
THat should be quite spectacular..
