The only explanation I can think of . . . Is that Virginia has suffered from extreme voter fraud - for a very long time now.

And that clown Youngkin failed to address and correct it.

Virginia Democrat bill HB 1394, makes it ILLEGAL for any locality to impose penalties for homeless encampments.

When we said Democrats wanted to turn Virginia into California East, we weren’t kidding.

This bill would make it IMPOSSIBLE for ANY city to stop this from happening - not by your house, not by your grocery store, not by your children’s school.
