ya don't 'spose whoever painted that is recommending riding in Lear Jets do ya? A lot of business flights not from major airlines use Lear aircraft.. I have taken a flight in one out of Cincinnati's Lunken Airfield. They are pretty comfortable and a whole lot more fun to ride in than a commercial passenger jet.
