The video shows the front of her car bumping the agent, clear as day. He had a split-second to defend himself, and I think he showed great restraint in firing only one shot.

...if ya look at the pic of the car she was driving after it was sitting on the side of the road with no one in it you can see a bullet hole in the headrest and a bullet hole in the window. If you line them up the ice agent had to be standing directly in front of the car when he fired. They trying to hang the ice guy like they tried to hang that kid who shot the mostly peaceful but fiery rioter up there in yankee land someplace. I can't remember his name. Getting to where I can't remember anybodies name. Gonna just start using pronouns and adjectives and maybe a couple of adverbs when I am talking to people.
